"I've read about this shop for so long and finally made the trip to drop by. Best decision ever! When I was passing by the storefront, I saw meat being grilled on a bed of charcoal. When I entered the lady greeted me and called out to a person who could help me as she was tending the meat on the grill. I purchased 1/2 lbs of all 6 flavors and on my way back, opened the spicy beef. O.M.G. it's the best beef jerky I've ever tried! It has amazing smokiness from the charcoal, beautiful umami flavor from the beef and fish sauce and a hint of spice that completes the taste together. The jerky has good chew and slight crispness from being grilled. I can't stop eating! Such an amazing snack!"

"They are busy! Go in to get your order in and get assigned a number wait outside until your order is ready. I saw maybe 8 customers between me putting my order in to when I left. Their jerky is always so delicious and tender.. they are second to none in this town with their time-tested recipe. Bought some for Christmas gifts and some to fight off my husband over at home.
