"BEST JERKY IN CANADA!! GET THE PORK ENDS! Get the PORK ENDS! I don’t like spicy cause it’s just power spicy and hides the flavour of the juiciness of the jerky. The ends gives it the crispy and smoky flavor!!! Best souvenirs and I still buy 3-6 lbs before going back to the states. These are SOOOO ADDICTING! The pork ends so tender, juicy and honestly just buy these. You won’t stop eating them lol Tips: go before afternoon, they sell the ends since they make it fresh on a daily for their beef jerky. They usually sell out late afternoon!"

"When I think of Chinese jerky. I think of BKH. For most of my life my parents have asked people to bring jerky from this place back home. Whenever I come to Vancouver I ALWAYS have to stop in to pick up a pound or two. My absolute favourite is the spicy pork jerky. It is to die for! Perfect flavour sweet, salty, sticky, smoky, moist and very tender! Do yourself a favour. Get some! c:"

I've only ever eaten the beef varieties and here's what I've learned. Original is the best, Spicy is equally as good, but the Curry flavour is a bad choice vs. the others."
