"I was having problems with the code for my gun safe so I called these guys up, they had me text a picture of my safe, and within just a couple minutes I got a phone call. I'm so sorry I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was friendly and professional, and he advised me to try replacing the battery before anyone comes all the way out to Redlands and starts cracking into things. The new battery solved the problem. He could have easily drove all the way out, charged me all kinds of fees, but he did not. Highly recommend this place"
