"John kept my car for 3 weeks to investigate a yellow engine warning light as he wanted to make sure it didn't suddenly come back. I don't need the car regularly so I told John to take his time. Most Jaguar mechanics shy away from these types of jobs because they are tedious and it can take many hours of diagnosis to find the root cause. He drove the car regularly to ensure it was running smoothly with no warning lights. I am glad to say it has not returned after he checked over all electrical plugs, cleaned them, and made sure the engine had no air leaks. All sensors were cleaned and the yellow light has never returned. John is thorough, honest and provides high quality work."
