"I hired Russell family Law & Litigation back in 2019 due to a messy child/custody situation. Let me add I had another lawyer before Erin's since 2017 and had stumbled across Erin's law firm, which to my surprise her reviews were outstanding. I had to have a consultation right away as my case wasnt going anywhere with the first lawyer I had. I knew Erin's fees were probably way over my financial abilities but I just felt she was the lawyer I needed. To my amazement again she was. My case was a lengthy one and it wasnt easy going thru the process but she made it easy and fought for my daughters rights, which at her age in NC there is none. Me as the mom had to fight for her rights just as a person. In the end it had to turn to termination of the fathers rights and Erin & her crew were so kind, caring and listened to the situations as they took place. I truly cant thank the law firm enough for believing in me as a mom thru the hard choices I had to make but for helping me save my daughters life and giving her a safe & clear path now and for her future.
