"From the responsive office and our driver JB our experience with Vitesse was more than expected! We boarded with 12 ladies to enjoy the wine tour in the sprinter van. JB drive us around safely, patiently and was knowledgeable pointing out the landmarks and springs in the area. He made a fun day over the top with his charismatic personality and making sure our stops were organized. A definite recommend of this company!"
"We had an absolutely incredible experience with JB and the Vitesse team! Throughout our trip to Sedona, they went above and beyond, especially when a major snowstorm threw our travel plans into chaos. JB made all the difference—he ensured our coworkers made it to the airport before the storm hit, and when the rest of us had our flights canceled, he returned without hesitation to pick us up and get us to a nearby hotel. Despite the challenging conditions, when our 5:30 AM flight from Flagstaff was canceled again, he didn’t miss a beat—he drove us two hours to Phoenix, making sure we all made it to our flights safely and on time. Through it all, his upbeat attitude, humor, and calm presence turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. JB’s professionalism, kindness, and commitment were truly exceptional. I can’t recommend him and the Vitesse team enough—if you’re looking for reliable, caring, and top-notch service, they’re the best!"
"I cannot say enough good things about JB who was our driver during a HELLISH travel day. We were in Sedona for a team offsite, and JB was driving a coworker to a later flight. While all our flights were delayed, JB was expertly navigating a freak snowstorm. He was able to change his plans around, shuttle our team to a nearby hotel and get us to our flights in Phoenix the next day! His attitude, his flexibility and his candor was incredible - did we mention it was his first day? This truly saved our trip, and we cannot recommend this service enough."

"We reserved the Mercedes Sprinter van on Nov 30 for a winery tour. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and well equipped. Our driver Scottie Smith went above and beyond for our group. He made excellent suggestions from wineries to food options. His knowledge of the area was invaluable allowing us to optimize the time we had, knowing the highlights of each winery and even picking up an additional party member while we enjoyed one of the wineries. He went above and beyond by bringing us menus from a local restaurant, placing our order so we could continue to relax at a winery and even bringing us our coats from the vehicle when the sun was setting without us even having to ask. At the end of the evening everyone in the group talked about how wonderful the day was but especially how grateful we were to get a driver like Scottie who was so flexible to our needs."

"When in doubt, call Scott. My rental car broke down the night before my early morning flight. I called Scott and he was able to put me on the schedule for early the next morning. Scott was kind, understanding and efficient. He sent me my paperwork immediately and all was well! If things couldn’t get any better Peter arrived on time with a great big smile. He was so informative pointing out rock formations, plants, and everything you would want to know. It was a very pleasant ride! So, don’t worry… call Scoty"
